I have a jio fiber connection on my name which is not working from the 2nd of Aug’24. I raised a ticket for fixing the issue but the ticket was automatically closed after some time saying that the issue is resolved whereas the issue is already there and no solution is provided. I kept trying customer care and putting mails to the dedicated email ID but not response received from any one. Total six tickets was raised by me one by one but all of them were closed saying service is done but still the issue is there and no service is provided. No one is responding and all my efforts are going in vain.
