I have raised a complaint on July 5th 20323 that my internet is not working. Since then i have called 50 times but its till not resolved. On every call of customer care they said it will be fixed by the end of the day. Airtel did gave me a number of technician when i called him i got to knw he left airtel on 3rd july 2023 even before i raised complaint. How ridiculous of company to share me the details of ex employee. I am very tiered of calling them again and again wasting my time and energy. I am having a huge inconvenience which is causing a big headache. I feel like disconnecting the connection and get full refund because i hv just joined on 21st june 23 its not even a month and this thing has happened twice. I desperately need some help on this.
