Internet not working at workplace situated at Rajapushpa Business Center, Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana. When registered a complaint regarding the same at Airtel support, the customer support executive informed me that as the network is getting upgrade in this area the problem might persist for the unsaid time. If I am supposed to not use the internet for the unsaid time then why are they charging me for the same? That’s robbery!!
