I’m Airtel user I have one year plan, I have faced problem down internet problem last 16 days. So I called distributor Mr tapash mazumder, ledo, Assam, they told me that 1st you download gnet and send him the location I did. But till date no any support come from him. I used the internet for online classes.so, I request to please urgently solved the problem my children are not have online classes. The distributor is not responding my call or anything. I attached here the location.
