The service of Airtel is deteriorating day by day. I’m a postpaid customer on platinum network paying around Rs 1200 per month. The service Airtel is providing me with is terrible. My mobile data is not at all working. I’m getting a speed of 20-25 kbps. This has been the case for almost last 5 months. I had also registered a service request with id 31-3296292627463. A resolution was promised before 16th August but the condition is still the same. 149rs Jio plan is working far better than 1200rs Airtel postpaid plan in the same location.
