I recharged my daughter Deepanshi Chauhan’s No 7339968817 on 11.08.2020. I raised the complaint for net not working and even not able to call 198 and 121. no from said no. the asked for sum setting and restart . we done then they suggested to please check your sim to nearest airtel showroom. I got changed the sim there and paid Rs. 150 for the same. after 4 hours sim started with same problem. then I asked to them . they told sir call to customer care sim problem not there. after that I called saveral times to customer care every time setting restart and again 72 hours . today I called and spoken with saveral officers like supervisor,team leader and manager. your manager Miss shama khan telling that to resolve this metter she required another seven day ie upto 28th of august 2020 I want to know that from 11.08.20 to 28.08.20 what we are not using the services whether we will get the plan extended for that days my complain no sponc60812610806 registered on 12.08.2020
Today 28.08.2020 again I called then I came to know that your complaint not closed sir it will take some more time. fix time unable to tell you. due to net my daughter unable to take her classes. she is facing a lot problem due to airtel. I written mail to nodalofficer.tn@in.airtel.com and given twice reminder also but nothing happen
