Dear Team,
I am writing this after sharing the same issue many times over mail. But I have not received any response.
I had 1Gb/day plan running from last year. Now on April 1, I had made another recharge offering another 1Gb/day, making it a total of 2Gb/day.
Now from last 4 days, my internet stops working after 1Gb is consumed. I made another yesterday offering 2Gb/day but that doesn’t work and the app shows it under the ‘Upcoming Plans’ option. I guess, since there is already 2 plans running, this plan will start working once the 1st April’s recharge gets over on 28th April.
I am facing a lot of problem as I have to work from home and I need 2Gb/day of internet to do that. Please help asap.
