Sir,I have complaint many times to customer care for complaint of Internet.They are saying that govt. Has closed internet in your Kanpur Nagar,UP. but if govt has closed then how prepaid no. are using internet. Only Few postpaid customers are not using internet and rest postpaid are using very good internet facilities.
