am a Gtpl broadband user, and my broadband doesn’t access the internet since 15th June 2023, I have raised the complaint but still, there is no reply, the team is working since 15th June 2023 but still has not been resolved. GTPL consumer care or any officials are not giving a satisfactory answer, nor giving any detail for the refund, as a week’s net pack rupees are wasted.
