I am using Jio Fiber connection for last 10 months. On 14th of September 2022, internet stopped working and only Red light is blinking in router.
Raised a Service request (SR00001DVNKX) on same day and they scheduled Engineer visit on 16th Sep, but no one visited.
I called Customer care (1800 896 9999) again on 16th Sep, and they told that “Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Engineer visit has been postponed to 17th Sep”.
I am calling them every day and getting same reply that “Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Engineer visit has been postponed to next day”.
I have called them at least 8 times and asked them to transfer the call to next level escalation contact, but they never did that by giving reasons like “Call is not connecting to their Manager”.
Mean while, I also raised this issue with their Appellate Authority -Karnataka ([email protected]), they raised one more service request SR00001E00OG and replied that the issue will be resolved by 20th Sep 2022.
Still no Engineer has visited and issue is not resolved, but they have changed the Status of Service Request SR00001E00OG to RESOLVED and asking my experience and feedback on the resolution (which is not given yet).
I am Working From Home and with this internet connection issue, I am not able to work for last 7 days which has badly impacted my professional life.
I need this issue to be resolved immediately and should give extension in the plan to number of days the connection was inactive.
And to take necessary legal action against the team or company who is responsible for such a negligence service by Jio Fibeream.
