My jio fiber stopped working on 3 August morning I call the customer care and tell them about it they raised a complain Engineer from jio visited my house and said there is problem in wire so they have to change wire but they are saying the distance of wiring is 200 meters and jio has given permission for 80 meters only so they are refusing to solve the problem and advising me to cut the connection but at the time of connection in 2020 they said if any issue come they will solve it in 24hrs and now they are not doing anything just takes money from customer and enjoy
