Text of Complaint by Priyesh Samant:

Jio Fibernet is not working so I somehow I got connected to customer care whom i informed about the issue and after his fantastic troubleshooting of ‘Reatart modem’ he assigned an engineer visit .I asked for the timings and he said it’s 9-8 so I asked for 6.30 PM – 8 PM as i reach home at 6.30 PM and he promised the same and said that engineer will call for the timings but to my surprise i found a message of 10 AM appointment .Neither i got a call nor anyone visited but again to my surprise i got a message stating that ‘ my premises was not accessible ‘ .No wonder there was no call ,no engineer so it was a lie . I went to Twitter,emailed to support ,Nodal officer email but nobody even bothered to call and until now my internet is not working .Another message came with a new appointment of 15th July at 3.30 PM .God knows who is booking appointments,whom they are checking ,which engineer comes etc .It’s like a humiliation when we are paying for a service but not getting it.
