Internet doesn’t work, Advertise it’s fastest 4G in India. The worst customer service provided. Hindering values, robbing money and trying to bury customer interests. The worst IVR which would say number is invalid the first time you call 121. No monitoring of customer’s problems and no proper channel available to escalate to the heads of this pathetic company.
Rob 479 or whatever, Consume data is the highest and at the end after raising a complaint time to resolve is 10 days. No idea what customer’s plight is and this should definitely answer my loss.
