I have complained many times regarding the network issue but no solution from Airtel. While I have message for porting the they call again and again not to port but did not provide solution. Is there any authority who can ban this service provider or take necessary action against them. If there service is not working then they did’t charge monthly bill for the service which is not working. Even I am not able to surfing the sites (Ref. attached screen shot).
