Dear Sir,
Airtel Internet Not Working In My Area. The Network Engineers They Don’t Look Upon Customer Complaints At All And Just Close The Complaints By Starting To Be Resolved. In My Area Network Issue Too Much. Full Of The Day I Am Facing Network Issue. I Send Request Daily On Airtel Thanks App And Message On Airtel Mail But The Problem Was Not Solved. Upper Then 1 Year I Am Facing This Issue And My Every Work Is Going Wrong By Airtel Network Issue. Their Call Center Team Says It Will Take Up To 8 Days For Issue To Get Resolved. But Even After 8 Days Problem Never Gets Resolved And Without Asking The Concerned Person Feedback. They Just Message Your Issue Has Been Resolved. Then When You Complaint Again They Say It Will Get Resolved Within 8 Days.
