1. I bought a new airtel postpaid sim on 8th may and internet not working since than. I have raise two complaint against this issue on 8th may itself with service request no. 31-3625509306895 and Service Request no. 31-3625641370856 but didn’t get any solution. I have diagnosed the issue by self and told to airtel spoc but still not getting any resolution. I am on work from home and my work is getting affected. Pls resolve the issue if you can other wise say no so i can switch to another network operator.
