am residing at Prayagraj. I have take broadband connection. My Fixed landline number is 0532-4001038. My landline/ internet is not working. I have made complaint on 29th December 2020 & 2nd Jan 2021. My service request no. is 126003282 and 126150212.
Despite of repeated complaint made by me, no fruitful action has been taken for rectifying the fault by engineer Sunil Vasudeva. I have tried to contact with Sunil Vasudeva telephonically several times but his behaviour is very rude and not responded to my call. I have sent whatsapp message on his mobile number but no response has been received by me till now.
I have tried to contact Mr Deepak IT team and his mobile was switched off.
During corona epidemic my child has no other means/option to join online class without internet facility. My daughter is studying in class 10 and she has appear in Board exam.
In view of the above facts it is requested to take serious action against these irregular behaviour/action of Technician and resolve the fault at the earliest.Necessary action for best service in my residential area may please be taken for avoiding such type of serious lapses in future.
