Dear sir,
I am facing internet problem for the past a month. I am called customer service, they are promised false & feak replays in every time ( they said your internet problem will solved in one day & inform our boss like that).
But still i am facing the problem, I couldn’t not recertified.
However they stict in they are policy, when the recharged plan is expired, automatically our line will be on death, even they can’t provide right service to customers for that period to customers. This highly irresponsible and cheating the customers.
I am accusing this network is been platform to made heavy loss for me and my company. And more importantly i loss my business.
Hence, kindly required necessary action and it will be great full if your immediate process and consideration about the customer dissatisfaction.
