Hi, it’s been almost 3 days since I’ve been facing Internet lost connection. I attempted to raise tickets/re-opening tickets many times but they never fix the Internet connection issue as a result I’ve lost my office work for couple of days without pay plus my child also couldn’t able to attend his online classes.
No good response from customer care side.
They giving me time 20 minute 30 minutes 1 hr 4 HR again and again but no solution till time.
