Hi,
My name is Suresh. The Airtel broadband connection is under my name. The network is not working from this Week Wednesday till now. Tried to contact the customer support from last Wednesday. Customer support giving false information and Fake promises for connection resuming, but still their sound is not taking any action. I’ am getting Lose of Pay, since I am doing work from home. I enquired to waive of the bill for my Lose of pay, but they are waiving only for the days of internet issues, while I’ am getting Lose of pay each day for Rs.1615.
Please take an action immediately for this not to be repeated by fixing the issues with their efficient actions.
