Have recently moved from Vodafone to Airtel with intention of better service however regret to inform it is not the case.
Have been suffering a lot and the team is unable to resolve my issues.
I have moved to Singapore and have taken international roaming pack however there is an issue with internet and inspite of calling and filling several complaints it has not been resolved.
Only answer received is someone would get back to you and we were unable to reach you.
Whereas all the other calls are being answered and messages are being received then how come only Airtel calls are not getting through
None of the team are able to resolve and it is just harressing the customers. The free minutes provided are only being used to ccall Airtel team with no resolution.
I need an update on the issue soonest if no I will ensure that no bill is paid for this month as no service is being provided and then all the calls from Airtel will get through.
