Text of Complaint by REGALAGADDA NAGARJUNA:

I have taken airtel broadband connection on 01/01/2023 .after 14/03/2023 onwards not working and called to several times to customer care service to rectify my issue but they are not responding and more over those people ask me until it resolved ,giving fake commitments like (give us last chance, wait for 24 hours , this time your problem will be resolved by 4:00 pm,6:pm,10:00am).and ask for other alternatives they are denied. Ask for disconnect my broadband connection and refund my amount but they are denied that too. airtel network providers are not caring about the customers and just making suffer of customers. Its been 9 days still no proper response and when ever I am calling to the customer care those executives ,supervisors and managers but still not giving the proper update and again ask me to wait for 24,48 hours. how many days should I wait for their connection ….??? asking to disconnect the connection and initiate but they are also not ready to refund incase if I required should wait 45 days.

I have paid all the money in advance for 3 months i.e. Rs 2828 incl .GST

they are not ready to initiate my refund back from airtel. After 9 days of waiting no proper response from them, and i spoke with that local engineer the person which looking the area maintenance problems and he clearly told me that this problem is not going to be solved and call to customer care number to talk and Saying it will take more time. He is also not giving me any information like ticket number to take it further.
I took connection by this person:-Yaseen khan (9703190011) but he is not picking up the call now called several times
spoke with local engineer: Harsha kvr (9000033603)
This is the worst airtel service ever had. They are caring about the customers and their problems .just caring about the raising the tariffs only.
worst and worst network which I have ever faced.
