Hope you are safe and doing well!
This is regarding my complaint regarding the internet issues that I am facing since I have used this airtel network. There is a complain since 19th October,2019 and it’s still open. I have got no resolution on this since then. Everytime I called the customer care, they gave me false resolution that they have escalated this to the correct team but thys didn’t. On 16th March’20, I called the customer care again and a guy told me that there was no complaint registered. However he raised a service request and shared the SR number : 31-2582399389838. He told this would be resolved within 3 days and I would also receive a call from the team but there’s no call till now. I still face the same problem.
