I want to file a case against airtel customer service and The whole telecom Authority of Airtel . They are too irresponsible Of their Words, three weeks ago I complaint again internet Issue to customer service and they told me that my complaint is being taken and they will work within 7 seven days of period as per their policy But here it’s more than 7 days instead now it’s the third week of internet Issue problem so I would like to complaint the great telecom Authorities to take a strict action against them And their customer service is horrible too . Kindly do grant my complaint We Customers are not getting much satisfaction from this airtel. Thank you
