its been 5 days i have been complaining nonstop about the jio fiber internet problem but no technician has arrived yet to check what is the problem.. the customer care people have no answers to customers complaint they are scheduling appoinmnt and keeping it on hold for no good reason.. ridiculous service from the jiofiber team.. jiofiber is a bloody cheater wasting customers time and since 5 days the problem is not resolved yet.. what is point of complaining then.. if u guys cant resolve the problem today ask and idiot jio team member to remove the connection from here.. bloody useless people..
