inspite of calling customer care 4 to 5tyms inspite of writing a complaint to jiofibercare there is no technician appoinmnt scheduled for the home visit.. unnecessary reasons are been given by the people that premises not alowing their technician rubbish n ridiculous reasons given by the customer care people.. 3 days its been since i hve given complaint about the internet issue but yet nobody has come and resolved the problem wastage of time and data.. which i m nt gonna receive back.. work is suffering but jio fiber has provided with no service uptil now.. shame on u people taking advantage of their customers and giving not satisfactory answers.. u guys better resolve this problem or els i wud discontinue this useless jio service.
