Internet is not working on my Airtel postpaid number whose extra bill is paid. Currently outstanding amount is in negative. First complaint was given on 22 May 2020 but lame excuses were given by the customer service & later after 20 days also there is no response. Tried calling so many times but could not get positive response.
I am seriously planning for porting my number to other services. There cannot be excuse of lockdown when it’s already over for all other services.
