I have filed a complaint of internet issue on 25th April. Since then no team has coordinated with me and my complaint was getting closed without being resolved and I have to re open it again and again. This has happened 6 times. Since 5 days I am unable to use internet and whenever I call them they just say you will be called by the team within 4 hours and nobody calls.
