My name is Chaitanya and I took the connection in March 13, 2024 for 1199 plan. Jio Fixed Voice Number +914031546497. I took this connection as there is a requirement for my office and whenever I connect with my US clients everytime there is an issue. I’m not at all satisfied with the service everytime there is an buffering issue and daily 2 to 3 times there will be a connection loss. I will raise complaint and the technician visits he says resolved but only temporary it’s the same again. There is an issue with the Channels as well the content changes. frequently.
