I have raised a service request on 4th Jan but till now they didn’t resolve the issue. They keep postpone time. Have followed up multiple times but still now no resolution. Its not slow internet it is a complete cut. Very worst behaviour from Airtel. Pls do not go for Airtel in Chennai. They don’t care about customers.
