Dear sir/ Madam
Myself ARIJIT SENGUPTA customer to your Airtel black customer, since 8 years over, I think so Airtel No1 network in india, but very shortly I can observe in Kolkata region in my area total bogus network & this matter I will sevarel time raised complene but I follow the complene will automatically close, in this regading matter I will be call to your modal officer on 07-12-2022 at14:48 hrs but isaw his behavior is very much rude & also your network engineer is totally lier one engineer name INDRAJIT SAHA &other name not notified me, both of two are cameing to my area but both are totally not to pick my phone.
So Sir/ Madam I think so in better solution for coming future Airtel to our area immediately change of Airtel nodal officer @ Network engineer immediately otherwise loss of customer to our area.
