I registered a complaint in Airtel app on November 2019 that I am unable to use internet at my hometown(Borgaon, Madhya Pradesh- 480106) but till now they haven’t resolved their network there and giving excuses that new site is planned there but as far as I know they have live network over there and it’s not a huge densly populated area that there will be any traffic issue.
In this current Covid situation every meeting is done online and I am facing so much connectivity issue that unable to attend meetings properly.
This would risk my job and Airtel is not understanding it.
Before Covid only I registered a complaint but these people don’t listen to their customer and saying that Airtel has the fastest network.
They are giving the false promise which is not good.
