Good morning,
I’m Arghya Bhattacharyya from Champapukur, Basirhat north 24 pgs. I’m using airtel since 2007 . Now I’m facing lot of problems with it. Recently I’m unable to using my internet service over 48+ hours, I called customer care but they said may you have to wait till 23 rd of June 2020.
I purchased this pack with INR 399 for 56 days .. this is very tough time to earn money for me . Because of your company’s fault I’m suffering lot of . Why not I get extension of my pack for those days ? This is very hard to recharge for me in this pandemic situation.
