Hi I am mohan, here is my jio number +917204462039 I m staying in Bangalore Karnataka… I have problem with network as well as internet problem in my location I have complained same with jio customer care but every time I call and tell about problem they end up in saying ur in high number of users area we I’ll solve issue with in 120 days… But since from I purchased sim dey are telling same reason and it’s more Dan 6 months not even bit problem has solved and they raise complaint against issue and without any resolution dey dem selfves closing issue without communicating with us… Even customer care people tell dey tell we I’ll connect to seniors and not even speak and they cut the call… Please help me about dis issue I hope I get justice here….
