Hi my problem is that i am facing internet problems on jio prepaid network i tried to call them about three months ago they didn’t took my complain said it will take around 90 day. So i wrote a email to trai about the same .. still there is no resolution in my area i.e., (vill tali farm, doraha, bazpur , udham singh nagar, uttarakhand.) . Now again today i called them they said same thing the signal coverage is good but the internet is having some problems and they are not taking complain even.

My concern is simple please get this issue resolved even i am not getting the speed of a 2G network and they are promising 4G to make india better .
