I have been complaining to to airtel for last8 months maybe for than 8 months regarding poor internet speed. Initially i complained to airtel customer care but they never paid any heed and then i  reasched to airtel zonal officer but here also i did’nt get any solution. I have been hearing the same thing that network site is comng in my area kindly cooperate for last 8 months i have been hearing this. I am fed up with their excuses. My whole studies are dependent on internet i am unable to access to my online classes. The internet is so poor that sometimes i am unable to send message in whats app. I hope my grieviance would be heard.
