I am filing a complaint against Reliance Jio regarding my JioAir Fiber connection, which has been non-functional since 2nd October 2025. I raised a service ticket on that date, but despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
What’s more concerning is that some of my service tickets have been closed automatically without any resolution or communication from Jio’s support team. This is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, especially as I rely on this connection for work and daily activities.
Here are the key issues:
No internet connectivity since 2nd October
Multiple tickets raised, some of which were closed without resolution
engineer visit came but it was not resolved ticket got closed automatically
No response from customer care despite repeated attempts
I request immediate action to restore my service and a proper explanation for the automatic ticket closures. My current active ticket number is SR00002P56E1 and later after seeing twitter post i came to know there are many people struggling after buying jioairfibre. Please do needful. Thank you.
