I am Aman Shah living in Malad, Mumbai. Since last 4 months I have been facing internet issues for many hours and no one is bothered to solve the issue. I have been told by call centre person that you can change to another company. No one from your side is willing to help or to resolve our issue. If our plan is expired, you discontinue our plan within few seconds. And net issue is there from your side we have to face it.
