On 22nd July 2023 evening internet on my Airtel broadband connection stopped working due to a technical fault. Then I complained about it immediately (complaint number- 10215852521) . But next morning they closed my complained even without resolving my issue. Then I did a complained again (complaint number- 10216530264 ). Then they assigned me an engineer with a dead line to resolve my issue but their technician didn’t pick up my phone(more than 20 calls I did) and not even contact me. Then again I called customer care (more than 5 time after this) but they always give me a new time and saying that this is due to a network outreach in my area then I did some enquiry and I found that there is no network outreach in my area broadband of ther people even of my neighbour are working perfectly.
This internet issue is only with my connection. Here I am facing this issue since last 3 days due to which my education and other work gets affected. Hence I want that you should take proper action on such companies which make promises when selling their services but at the time of problem they don’t rectify it.
