- Raised the complaint 20 days ago about internet issue but surprising not resolved till now.
- From last 5 days regularly getting calls from customer care
- They ask whether issue is resolved or not.
- They are confirming my address from last 5days
- They assured me every day that engineer will visit next day
- Today got a call in morning and she assured that guy will reach in second half
- But nobody able to reach from last 5 days.
- Airtel is now providing pathetic and useless service as compared to other service providers
