Hi Team,
I am facing internet issue since one week and 3 days ago i have done a yearly recharge for my number.
Still i am facing the same problem and this problem is impacting my office and personal work too much.
Also i have raised the ticket but instead of providing me instant solutions the ticket has been raised and resolution will be provided after a week.
Could you please let me know what should i do?, should stop all my work and wait for your reply.
This made me realise that i have made the big mistake by choosing your network and made my worst experience.
Please confirm if you can provide the resolution or else i should take this issue to next level.
