Text of Complaint by Kapil Kumar:

Due to covid I m working from home.in my location no brodbend facilities available. So I have only option sim based internet. I am using 4G sim and devices because your service providr tower in my location. But your service is pathetic. I am working in night sift. I am facing lots of issue. Poor internet speed.all the time it’s blow 3 to 4 mbps some time it’s blow 1 maps for long time it’s directly bed impact of my work. you have no idea some time it’s too exostive for me. I have already registered complaint many time on your airtell thanks app. But all time only one response plase be patience our teem working on you issue. But result is zero.
Plase fix this issue asap otherwise ready to face legal action.
