would like to inform you that the Internet service at my home is very poor and I have already raised several complaints on the helpline number but the issue has not been rectified as yet.If you do not resolve it within 15 days then I will port it to another SIM(Jio).I am getting better offers from Jio SIM and their internet service is better than your. I would highly appreciate if you would look into the matter to deliver the best to its customers.
