I have a combo connection with Airtel (set top box, broadband and mobile connection). I pay Rs 2300+ every month. Their services are pathetic and internet is very slow for quite sometime. i have given multiple reminders to rectify the issues but no one is bothered to do take corrective action. I have registered the complaint to 121@in.airtel.com; appellate.har@in.airtel.com; nodalofficer.har@in.airtel.com but even after that they are least bothered. I have decided that i will not be making the payment to Airtel going forward.
