I’m from place of Manwath…Dist Parbhani, Maharashtra. ( PIN 431505 )
I registered complaint about internet issue in my area many a times.. I also called customer service many times but the issue has not resolved yet. Internet 4G speed is running on my mobile 20-40 kbps from 27th October. If you charge alot for recharge then why you do not give that price of service?? I used Airtel from many years. And before 27oct, Airtel 4G speed was one of the best service in my place. But after upgrading network, the internet is running tooo slow… I have to make my mobile at airplane mode many times a day. It seems that Local service provider is not serious about our issue. About how many days I have to suffer now?? Please solve this issue immediately before I change my SIM card with other one. People trust on you so it’s your responsibility to give them attention and resolve issue fastly… Not telling them to suffer for weeks to 15-20 days….
