I complain on 30th of sep 2021 regarding my bad internet but that complain was still open till today and now they want me to pay the bill so why should i pay bill and alongwith that they tell me that if i do delay in my payment i have to pay fine so i want to ask them what they do when my complaint is still open and they are already 6 days late by their expected time
