I am facing many issues for years, also I have contacted their customer support many times regarding these but they never give satisfactory answers. all they say is ” we are trying to resolve your issue and soon we will resolve it.”
I am listening to this same dialogue from their customer support for the last 3 years.
Currently, what issue I face regularly or I can say almost daily is call drop and internet lag. call gets drop between conversations automatically and the same happens with the internet, no matter what I am doing internet lag always creates problems. as I am a college student because of this I am not able to attend classes completely so miss many things that teachers thought.
