Text of Complaint by Aruna:

A complaint pertaining the Airtel internet connection has been placed on 21st of October and still it is not been resolved. First they reasoned the pooja holidays and now there is no response from the customer care executives, their supervisors, the engineers and their TLs.

They either do not respond to the call and when they does they give false assurance of resolving it on the same day and wont attend the call later. Every time I call the customer care I had to repeat the same story of my problem to different person again and again and I have grown quite tired on getting this issue resolved.

I have requested the concerned, and tried all the ways possible to get this resolved. Even the supervisors I speak with are so lethargic and irresponsive in taking up with this issue. Everybody is very clever in handing/pushing this issue to someone else and escaping their SLA. Due to this I have faced many difficulties in Working from home.

I am truly unsure of which forum should I take this issue to.
