Airtel sales agent ramu promised me to provide internet services on 7 th September 2020 took full payment around 2000 and did not provide the service till date and not responding through calls tried to call his manager Srinivas raj .

Srinivas raj said he already sent technician to fix the internet services on 09 September 2020 but later when I called he said services will not be done today and disconnected the call and even blocked my number.

Very much dissatisfied with airtel never expected this kind of behaviour towards customer will never recommend the service to anybody.
