Sir I am facing very bad problem from Wednesday day. My network is showing full but I am not able to play YouTube even I am not able to open browser. I complained to customer 2 times. But same problem is going on. I am getting only 15-20 kb . I have been using this service when jio is launched . That time I used to get 28mb per second. But now I am not able to open YouTube even browser. Kindly solve this problem otherwise I will have to port this in to airtal.
